Dreaming about a baby boy
Last night I dreamt I was pregnant, and gave birth to a baby boy.
I had a c-section and the dream was so vivid I could see the stitches/incision. I could feel it with my hand.
I felt so attached to the baby. Waking up I was so sad I didn’t want to leave him. Now that’s all I can think about all day.
Why does this have to happen? Why can’t it be real?
