Can anyone help me understand my crazy dream?

I should start by saying that I dream very vividly every night, I remember about 3-4 dreams I have every week!

So here’s my dream:

I was having heaps of fun with a large group of friends

Somehow we knew that a samurai wanted to kill us all, so we ran and plotted and tried for a long time to escape it.

He found me and my boyfriend first. My boyfriend had stolen his sword in hopes we thought we could beat him.

We calmly went into a salon into the back room with a large glass window where we could see if he was coming or not. We hid his sword there so we would be prepared. when we saw him approaching us my boyfriend prepared to strike him, at first the samurai looked unarmed so I thought we won but he swiftly stabbed my boyfriend (with a device that was kind of like a light saber where you flick the sword out) before he had a chance to even lower the sword.

He approached me

I pleaded for him to spare my life but he slit my right wrist as I held it up covering my face he slit it several times in a scribble, it didn’t hurt and I laid down peacefully, I felt ready and closed my eyes and my dream ended very nicely and peacefully. I’ve never had a dream feel that nice of an ending before.

when I woke up my wrist felt weird, it felt how it felt in the dream for about 5 minutes. I could feel the cuts but it wasn’t painful.

Can someone help me understand this please ?
