What is the craziest thing someone said to you and implyed that you’re not a ‘real woman’?

Women already have it tough. Being criticized no matter what you do. You see people throwing around the statements like ‘you’re not womanly’ and ‘if you were a real woman’.

I absolutely hate these statements.

I have pcos and I’ve been called a ‘woman with a defect’ by someone before. Ouch.

Where I’m from its considered that if your hair isn’t reaching your ass you’re not ‘womanly’.

Some of the other things include:

-Real Women don’t get tattoos

-Real women don’t work ‘manly jobs’ (plumber, carpenter,mechanic etc)

- Real women only cook,clean and take care of whole family and kids while working a full time job and aren’t supposed to be working past 3-4pm

Oh and the best one:

-Real women support their men even if they’re lying cheating piece of shit and shouldn’t demand a divorce.

This BOILS my blood so much.
