Amniotic fluid leaking?

How do you know the difference between your amniotic fluid leaking or if it’s just discharge? Just turned 17 weeks but feel like I’ve been “discharging” a lot more than normal

Amniotic fluid will be very liquify, like pee with no smell, discharge usually isn’t that liquify, and the fluid will kind of just fall out like you peed lol. Or at least that’s what happened to me

from what iv read you can do a little test for this - lay down for a long time and then stand up. if you feel a gush for trickle of liquid it could be fluid. but several weeks ago I was afraid that this could be happening to me and honestly it was just a lot of watery discharge. Doing that little test helped me to get some peace of mind￼
