Anyone else?

For the past 5 days I've had headache that I cant shift. When I stand it makes me dizzy for a moment or 2 and then last night started with lower abdominal pains. I'm hoping these are just stretching pains. Anyone been like this? Thanks

Yes I’ve had headaches for the last two weeks. They last all day long and all night long. Some days are migraines and others is a bad headache just resting there in my head. I’ve been dizzy a couple times but not much so far. It sucks because Tylenol doesn’t do anything for headaches.

I’ve had constant headaches for the last few weeks. They were a lot worse at the beginning and it started to get much less intense. Just a dull ache towards the back of my head. I think at the beginning… It was hormones coupled with constipation! I would go for a few days not being able to use the bathroom and then finally get relief and the nausea and headache with subside somewhat. ￼I’ve changed my routine and been aware of what I’m eating and I seem to be more regular. I’m able to exercise early in the day while being out of work on quarantine. ￼I know that that morning workout definitely gets me going and helps my digestion. I’ve been able to use the bathroom more regularly and that helps! I’ve also been having lower pelvis stretching and ligament pain. Totally normal.

With that said… I hope you start feeling some relief and try to stay active and keep your body limber and stretch! It helps with digestion and it also helps with not getting tension headaches!￼

Yep! I have been getting An almost constant dull headache. It’s my first pregnancy. I can only assume it’s hormonal. You’re not alone

That’s exactly how I’ve felt the last couple of weeks. Headache all the time I can’t get rid of, always dizzy when I get up to move around, and then usually near the end of the day I start getting really bad stabbing cramping pain. (Round ligament pain I’m assuming)

I’ve had headaches, not every day but often.  They definitely get worse if I eat sugar, so I’m trying to cut it out as much as I can.  It’s tough with being stuck in the house & want to comfort eat.  I’ve had random dizziness too & read that it’s another symptom of pregnancy.  Also I’ve been having intermittent cramping in my pelvic area for the last week, and I think it’s the ligaments/muscles stretching everything out.  I’m 16.5 weeks now.

I had headaches and dizzy spells during my first tri. Doctor told me it was likely low iron so I increased my red meat intake and everything is much better!

Was going through that today. Had to pull up a stool to sit while I was cooking dinner. I kept feeling weak. Had some lower abdominal pain, put it wasn’t too intense. Was thinking maybe baby was loving.

Thank you everyone. Its reassuring to know I'm not the only one out there. I did see midwife about pains twice at 13 and 15 weeks and she said ligament pain and not to worry unless bleeding occurs which it hasn't. Thank you again. Xx
