Something is wrong; very wrong!

My mensies have always been a bit off, even with the help of BC. They are normally pretty heavy and lasts 7-10 days. Within the last 2 months they have lasted for 3-4 weeks (with 10 days in between) and have been fairly light.

This morning I woke up to dry, dark reddish brown discharge (similar to the end of a mensie); which I haven't had in over a year. I have an appointment scheduled. What could be wrong?
