Dry, itchy sort of sore

I have been hiding away from sex, have no sex drive over the last few days, but I feel like the insides of my vagina is dry and itchy. I feel like I can stick my fingers up there and give it a good itch. I’m kinda sore and more on the dry side.

After I pee and I wipe I have a thick light yellow-green discharge. It’s not much.

I’m married, haven’t changed my diet or anything. I just don’t know what to do.

I’m 27 years old.

Trying to get pregnant too.

Anyone have any advice?
