birth control reaction?

i can’t stop breaking out into hives. at first it was always my armpit (just one) so i thought maybe it got irritated from me shaving so i took a 2 day break, i stopped getting hives there but now i’m just getting them at random times and places. like at 4 in the morning i had a dream my arm was on fire and woke up to it being in hives. right now my arm is in hives again. it’s annoying and it’s not like i’m eating and then breaking out, it’s just random. i take the pill in 2 hours so idk if i would still have a reaction from yesterday?
