Blighted ovum anxiety

I’m currently 7 weeks as of today, my doctor doesn’t want me to do an ultrasound until I’m 11 weeks due to covid-19. I’ve been seeing so many pregnancy losses and I’m just SUPER anxious.I just wanna do an ultrasound just to clear my mind and know everything is okay. I’m really worried about having a blighted ovum because I read a post that someone went for an ultrasound and that was no baby 😩 I don’t have any pain or bleeding or history of pregnancy loss as this is my first ever pregnancy. What are the chances of a blighted ovum happening ? Really really scared guys 😢
