Just found out I am pregnant ❤️❤️❤️

I did a test today and found out I’m pregnant! I am over the moon and over joyed can’t believe it doesn’t seem real. I’m not sure how far on I am as if I go by my last period I’m 11 week but I’m periods have always been long cycle so not sure if this affects anything like my due date. I am going to ring my doctor soon and discuss what’s next as I am a first time mum and of course with this pandemic going on and restrictions I’m not sure if I’ll be able to go for an appointment. Is there anyone who could give me some advice? I haven’t told anyone yet not even my boyfriend as I’m waiting till he finishes work to tell him ❤️
