What's going on with my boobs lol

So I'm about 8.5 mo PP. BF + solids. I haven't got a period yet but I've had two separate single episodes of wiping and noticing blood the last two months. I've been cramping and have an extremely heavy flow of EWCM... Have to wear a liner and even at that it's a lot and a mess... It's been going on over a week now. And today at work I've been pumping half my normal amount. My boobs hurt like not sore but if I touch them it hurts!! Is this normal? And my supply PLUMMETED!! Like a decrease of half for sure. FTM.

We use withdrawal method and my husband's good at it.
