Missed pill

So I took my pill at normal time on March 31st. I missed my pill the next day on April 1st. I didn’t realize I didn’t take it until the next day, April 2nd. On April 2nd, took the missed pill and that days pill at my normal time (so 2 pills in one day). That night, April 2nd, I had unprotected sex with my long term boyfriend. He did NOT finish inside me. Should I be worried or am I overthinking? I normally take my pills at the same time everyday.
