brownish redish discharge

i had my period on march 15-18th and on the 18th i started taking birth control again after a month of not taking it. then on the 23rd i started having a lot of brownish redish discharge and it hasnt really stopped since. now its already april and im getting concerned. im having pretty bad cramps. my bf and i have a lot of unprotected sex but he usually pulls out in time and pees before it so theres no precum chance. a couple times hes cum in me but ive been on birth control for a good couple weeks. i shouldnt be too alarmed right???
