He claimed he was infertile

My child’s father claimed he couldn’t have children and had azoospermia but I’m pregnant now and my conception timeline matches our window of sexual activity. I believe he’s lying since he’s going through such great lengths to convince me that it’s not his/ that I should get an abortion smh (even though he slipped up and asked if I was afraid of getting pregnant one time I asked him to cum in me and he didn’t). It’s crazy that I’m pregnant because we always used the pull-out method and it’s worked before and I don’t remember him ejaculating in me. But anyway I just wanted to know if any of y’all have experienced a similar situation where someone claimed he was infertile and lied about it even when you got pregnant by them?
