Do first time moms deliver late?

Do most first time moms go to the full 40 week mark? Or earlier? Or does it really just depend on each person?

Depends. My friend gave birth to a babygirl at 38w5days and I also with a babygirl at 41w induced

I was early with my first. It really depends on your health, your cycle, and how your pregnancy progresses. Some books say it's also genetic and your best indication is to go by the women in your family, specifically your maternal grandmother, mother and sister. For me, all the women in my family had their babies at least 2 weeks early.

Ask your mom and mil when they delivered you and your partner. For some reason that tends to play a role in when you'll deliver. My MIL was late with my husband and I was late with our son. Mom had me early so hopefully baby number two will be a touch earlier

All depends. But the majority will go into labor naturally at 40+3 or before. 
I personally had my oldest at 40+6, and my second at 41+6.

I was a week and 4 days early with my first - my mum had me and my twin 6 weeks early and my younger sister 2 week late!

Had my first daughter at 39 weeks and 4 day bc my fluid was low. I got induced. She was not moving at all for the whole day so I went in to get my fluid check and it was low. They gave me the whole week to get my fluid up. I drank so much water it wasn’t funny. Then I went back into be check to see where my fluid was it went up but not where they wanted it so they schedule me an induction. So to all the mommies out there when u feel ur fluid is leaking get them to check you. I got them to check me but every time I turned around they said I was not leaking fluid but I knew I was. We know our bodys. When something is wrong ur body will tell you.
