IUD symptoms

I’ve had the Mirena IUD since March 6 of this year. About yesterday or the day before yesterday my breasts have been sore. Its only gotten so much worse. They are KILLING me. I’m so scared I could be pregnant on the IUD. Anyone else experience this and was NOT PREGNANT? Or if you have gotten pregnant on IUD what symptoms did you have? I tested today and it was obviously negative.
