Brown mucus and cramps???

Im 7+6 today, I had a scan done at 6+5 and saw baby and heartbeat, today I’ve woke up to some pretty uncomfortable cramps followed by passing what seemed to be a large clump of gunky mucus that had brown mixed all through it. I feel as though I’m about to start a period any second now, I’m cramping and my legs are sore. Has anyone had anything like this? Please, had a miscarriage last year at 8 weeks so I feel like my heart is already breaking. Any help would be great. I’ve called my GP for advice I’m waiting for a call back, the early pregnancy unit at my hospital aren’t seeing anyone unless it’s an emergency so I didn’t call there
