I’m so upset

I need to vent. My boyfriend and I live together. We are also both essential workers. I’m upset bc I haven’t gone to work in a few days because I work in a hospital and needed a mental break from all of this covid situation. He comes home from work and he goes straight off to the park with his friends to work out. He refuses to understand how serious this is. He doesn’t even wear a mask for some what of a little protection because he doesn’t like things on his face. I told him he’s very selfish as this situation doesn’t just affect him alone and could be given to me. Idk what to do. I can’t even go back to my parents house bc they are higher at risk to contract this virus. I’m so stressed! He walks out of the house with a guilty face and still carries on. Anyone else having this issue?
