I had a miscarriage

Well i knew i was having a miscarriage a week ago when i started bleeding heavily i had it confirmed yesterday but i still held on to hope but i got some upsetting news i knew i had a uterine fibroid when i was pregnant with my first baby but it didn’t cause any problems with the pregnancy but this time it did the baby had been too close to the fibroid which caused a hematoma which in turn caused me to have heavy bleeding like hemorrhaging that was upsetting enough but now they told me if i start to feel pain because of the fibroid or if it grows more it might cause hemorrhaging which means they would have to perform a hysterectomy of course theres still a chance for me to have more babies and for the fibroid to get smaller or disappear completely but in order for me to have more babies they would have to attach themselves farther from the fibroid so now im basically taking a chance if i get pregnant that my future baby might be fine or that i might miscarry again im so upset but at the same time im grateful that at least have one perfectly healthy baby i dont know what i would do without him
