What to do with a stubborn Fiance?

My fiance has a habit of planning things in his head only to let me know his decisions instead of talking to me about it so maybe I can have a choice or pitch in ideas. It's been the second time where he's made up his mind for a certain situation and I'm left with saying "I agree or I disagree but it doesn't matter anymore"

I get so mad and hurt for being left out as if my opinion doesn't matter. Before the second time happebed we talked about it! What do I do to make it clear that my voice is important?

I've had the urge just to give up but I love him too much
