Tips for going back to work?

My maternity leave ends May 1st and ill be going back to work in the healthcare field, I'm a nurse. I have a 6 week old baby and a 4 year old. Any of you have some good tips for making sure I don't expose my family to Covid 19? I'm really nervous about it.

Strip before coming into your home, spray your shoes, and shower. 
Wash your hands and wear your PPE at work. Your employer should give you guidelines and protocols when you come back.
