How much coffee is too much?

Is 2 cups of coffee for someone under 110 lbs bad? I usually have two just because I work evening shifts and need the energy boost. I do drink a good amount of water too.

2 is fine!! I’m 120 lbs and I usually drink 2-3 and have been for a while bc I’m a college student and coffee is essential. Just space it out rather than having them in a row if you’re worried but I will have like 2 mugs in the morning and then one later in the afternoon or vice versa and then have black tea in the evening bc I hate herbal teas 😬
