Help/ has anyone else dealt with this

Ok so I’m going to try to make this as short as possible. On Tuesday of last week i took a pregnancy test Bc i woke up feeling odd that day and when i peed FMU, i had a teeny bit of blood. I took a test the test around 2pm(see first photo). So i had a very very very faint line and was sort of worried so i told my SO and we bought more dollar store tests. That night and next morning, i took more dollar store tests(different brand) and they came out to be negative. I confided in a friend and they told me to go get FRER. I took a FRER and it came out faint as well but so so faint. In person, it has red and looks very noticeable(see second pic). I tested again on dollar store cheapies and they came back negative (see third pic). I will also add more pics below to the FRER as reference. I’m just very confused
