What was your first pregnancy symptom? And what cycle day/how long after you conceived. I’m on cycle day 21 having pregnancy symptoms could have conceived earlier than my fertile week.

Nausea and fatigue. With all 3 pregnancies, no symptoms until around 5 weeks pregnant.

Cramping and hot flashes. But not until 5 weeks.
