Ovulation

So I had a positive LH strip on Sunday morning how long do I have to BD to conceive? My partner and have done it Friday night Saturday night then that Sunday morning and afternoon then Monday night so should I BD again tonight or every other day? And also since Saturday my right ovary started hurting then went away then yesterday my left ovary has been hurting and back on both sides so I guess I released 2 eggs in this cycle! 🤞🏻😇
