Loan to bank

Hey right now I’m currently 16 I’m thinking about start building a good credit I don’t know how to I want to buy a house when I’m 21 n rent it so it can help me with my studies and it won’t be much and I won’t have to paid rent but I don’t know how to start and what the bank requires for a loan bc mortgage is almost like paying a rent help I want to start building my mind and what I want in life
