Swaddle and sleep trianing?
My daughter is 5 and a half months old and still needs to be swaddled and aggressively rocked to go to sleep. When using the ferber method do you still swaddle your baby or let them be free? As of right now me swaddling her is part of her nap/bedtime routine. I cant get her to sleep unless she is swaddled because she screams and kicks around a lot when she is free.
