They can get teeth at anytime, and in any order.

Some babies are born with teeth, but tbh that looks like an Epstein pearl, my LO had one at 2months on her top gums, she's 6months now, drooling buckets and still no teeth. I would call your pediatrician about the 100+ fever though

It’s really difficult to tell in that picture, but try googling Epstein pearls and see if that’s what it looks like! My son had one on his bottom gums but it’s gone now at 5 months old.
