Is it always painful?

I’ve had outbreaks before and never had this kind of pain... but this last one was extremely painful. 
Is there a reason that my others usually bring little or no pain, but this one was HORRID!

It happens to me occasionally. Imactually having a similar ordeal. Probably too 3 most
Painful. I’ve had HORRIBLE ones and worried the same but I really think it’s depending on what’s going on at that time in your life. 
You may have eaten a new food that the virus loved and your body couldn’t fight 
or may have been abnormally stressed which can suppress your immune system allowing it to be stronger this outbreak 
Maybe had a nf we drinks and you haven’t done it  in a long time 
Foods and alcohol are huge triggers for me. 
I started shakeology in December and have had FIVE outbreaks since. 🙄 usually I have one a year so that got cut from the diet this month. 
Dark chocolate and alcohol are big ones for me as well. 
But to literally answer the question... this bad one doesn’t mean the rest following will also be as bad. No worries there.
