I don't know what to do 🙁

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost six months. My period was two days late so I tested this morning and it came back negative..... I've tried testing for ovulation ( which always come back negative or blank ) and I've been taking prenatals and I quit smoking. This is something we both really want and the disappointment of the negative tests is really starting to hurt if anyone had kind words or helpful advice it would be amazing. Thank you
