Please tell me this doesn’t mean someone hacked into my baby monitor!!

A few months ago my baby cried I ran in obviously & the light on her monitor in bubs room was on (we were all sleeping but I thought okay maybe one of us could of done it not meaning to) but just now! I’m sitting on my bed not touching anything& Bub’s monitor randomly goes “out of range” I go stand right near baby’s door it still saying “out of range” with no sound no picture I turn it off like 10 times thinking it’s playing up... than I try changing the “channel” you can have a few camera ms hooked up if you want & it changed back! How the hell did it just randomly change? I’m a bit freaked out!!!!! 😭
