Bleeding in pregnancy

I’m around 9 weeks and 3 days. 3 days ago I was going to the bathroom and I started spotting. Dark red blood. Only a few drops when I wiped. Then my husband and I had intercourse. I had an orgasm and when my husband pulled out we freaked because there was a lot of blood on him. I went and took a shower and i was only bleeding when I wiped. Yesterday it was brown blood and last night it turned red and brown. Today it’s actually a little bit on my panties. It’s dark red and brown.

My doctor cannot get me in until may 6 and they will not answer the phone. I’m pretty sure I’m finding my babies heart beat on my monitor. Should I go to the ER? I’m not sure what to do but I’m kind of freaking out.
