Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Hello ladies. I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant and found out that it is a cesarean scar pregnancy. My placenta has implanted on the scar on my uterus. The Dr. is advising terminating the pregnancy and a hysterectomy. I have had 3 cesarean sections in the past. I’m a nervous wreck.
