Confused

Hey I’m on the birth control pill and I take it consistently, but I ad unprotected sex on the 16 and 18 and both times I took a plan b because both time he ejaculated i me , even though I was good on my birth control I didn’t trust it because it was my first time unprotected sex . Then on the 23rd I had unprotected sex but he pulled out both times. I’m trusting birth control for this time , but do you think I’m safe ?

I was kinda worried that a plan b might affect birth control
