Please help

So me and my girlfriend had sex for the first time a few months ago and I was bleeding so we thought she took my virginity by fingering me and then we did it again after that and I bled again and we thought that was because I wasnt fully not a virgin so we did it for a third time about a week later and she didn’t go as deep and I didn’t bleed but today we did it and I bled again and it’s nowhere near time for my period but she did go deeper. Anybody know what’s going on or any ideas ? I’m 15 years old and I don’t know what to do . PLEASE HELP IM SCARED.
