So me and my bf were having sex and i felt some pressure building up. It took some time but then the pressure was not as much as before but it was still just there. I needed to pee but i didn't pee, i just felt my bladder quite a lot in the meantime. I never had a vaginal orgasm (or so i think) so i don't really know if it was that. I didn't really feel pleasure but a bit more of like relief.
