Sick baby or teething baby ??

Hi ladies my baby is 11 months and berly started teething he’s been having a fever since I noticed his teeth coming out. Which was Friday night it went away Saturday all day but started again in the night he also has had diarrhea not all day just mainly when he goes number 2 and he vomited 3 times yesterday. His doctor is not available till Monday.. but is this normal ? He’s breathing fine no coughing or anything else .. please any advice
