Who else experienced Mastitis? (Infection after clogged milk in breast)

I been breastfeeding my 1 year old son for a year now and currently still breastfeeding, but today I woke up with chills, a slight fever, body aches, my body is warm, a migraine, and my boob has this lump from the clot on my boob, it hurts so much I can’t even touch it & it’s a bit swollen

The weird part is that this happened to me before with my first son when he was a newborn (he’s now 3) and it was on the same boob as now.

But my question is did you guys ever experience these side affects as I am? And what should I do about this?

UPDATE: thank you guys I really appreciate it! My breast feels better I massaged it and kept putting a warm cloth on it, my body still is aching and a headache but hopefully I feel better tomorrow
