Third trimester workouts....

Hi ladies. I’m 32 weeks at this point and still trying to keep up a workout routine. As of now my schedule is 5-6 days a week, on a 5 day rotation. Basically strength / cardio / strength/ cardio / yoga / rest day, repeat. I also add in extra yoga and walking on top of the workouts when I have the energy and inclination.

But at 32 weeks I’m starting to feel like I’m fighting myself to get my workouts done. My energy is sapped, my belly is cumbersome and it’s just hard to force myself to get to it.

Those of you who did or are still working out in the 3rd trimester, how has your routine changed? I want to keep going but I’m at war with myself I think. On one hand I feel like lightening up “too much” seems like failure/giving up, but on the other hand I know myself well enough to know that if it gets too hard I might just quit all together, and I’m not sure I’m quite ready to throw in the towel just yet.
