Growth spurt? Cluster feeding?

Hi, ftm. My lo is 5 weeks today and the past three days or so she’s been wanting to eat 5ozs every 2-3 hours expect at night she’ll eat like 1oz then 3 then 1 and I’m not sure if she’s going through a growth spurt or if she’s sick. She doesn’t have a fever but I read on here awhile back that a lady’s baby had covid and he/she ate a bunch more then usual and she herself had covid symptoms which is she got her baby tested and it now has me stressed out that my daughter has it so really just any reassurance would be great. This has been her eating the past three days I think
