Just don’t know what to do

Honestly i just don’t know what to do and who to talk to anymore.. i talked to my baby daddy’s mom, bc we have a good relationship, about my mental health and she took me as a joke. Things have been different with my relationship with her and she made a comment today when my daughter had a random outburst of crying that she’s “acting like her momma” it just didn’t sit well with me... I’m really struggling with my mental health and i don’t have anyone who really cares about me enough to take me seriously..
