What the heck is happening?! H E L P!!

So I’m 5 weeks 3 days and I woke up this morning at 5 am to pee and my vagina feels like it got all cut up idk how to explain it. But I can’t even touch my labia without feeling like it’s covered in paper cuts, we had sex for the first time since getting pregnant 2 days ago and we used lube but after I was a bit sore but now this? Has anyone had this happen, I don’t even know how to describe it, it doesn’t hurt if I don’t touch it. Only when I pee Barely. But if I touch it it stings. Help I really hope this isn’t a bad sign 😭😭😭
