Belly sleeper! 5 months old

Kaitlyn • Married, 26, 👶🫄

So my baby has been rolling belly to back since 2 months and back to belly since 4 months. She's finally figured out how to put both together (she hates rolling back to her back though). She had been waking up from naps and at night frequently because she would roll on her belly. Just out of nowhere, she would be on her belly. I thought she was just practicing this new skill. She would roll on to her belly and start fussing and at night she would wake up a lot crying and it would take me a few minutes to calm her down. I had been using a Merlin Sleep Suit until last night. She rolled on to her belly and was still asleep. I waited for her to wake up crying and she never did. I went in and checked on her and she was sound asleep, face-planted into the mattress. I read that they can't belly sleep in a Merlin, so I took it off of her and put a nested bean sleep sack on her backwards (so the weight would be on her back). She rolled over and with a little help was fast asleep. Does anyone else have a belly sleeper? Should I be helping her fall asleep on her belly? She woke up on her belly just fussing a little and I put her paci in her mouth and patted her for just a few seconds and she was out and slept for 3 hours (which never happens, it's usually 1.5-2 since we transitioned to her crib). I always lay her on her back to sleep, but she automatically rolls to her side and within a few minutes, her belly. If she can keep her paci in her mouth she would most likely stay asleep. Anyone else have experience with belly sleepers? It makes me nervous, but she is really strong and can push all the way onto her hands when on her belly.
