Tips on vaccine pain on legs?

My baby got his four month shots today and is being fussy probably cause of his pain on his thigh I totally forgot to ask how much I can give him of Tylenol so I’m waiting on his doctors response any tips for soothing the pain away he seems fine no fever and laughing but gets fussy when I move him or carry him due to his leg pain 😭😭😭😭

Alternating warm and cool compresses I found helped.

I just got our son to nap and let him sleep it off. Boobs and a nap worked wonders.

Take the band-aids off! They can pull on the skin and sting even more.
