Would you think your boyfriend was rude if he did this

So my boyfriend slept my mums house for the first time the other day they have met before but first time he stayed over and my mum doesn’t know he smokes weed. Anyway my mum has a friend that smokes weed and when me and my boyfriend was upstairs he could smell it and was begging me to ask my mum for permission for him to have a joint I was saying no at first but in the end just gave in and asked which she was shocked but said yes. Anyway my mums friend gave him a bag didnt charge him because he’s my boyfriend gave him tabacco and everything he needed for a joint. Anyway after his first one he just got really cheeky he would just go downstairs and start rolling his own joints without even asking or he would just walk up to the guy n be like oi roll me another joint no please or Thankyou or anything. I asked was we going to bed and he was like no im not sleeping until I go and have 2 more joints he ended up having 8 joints in the space of about 4 hours aswell as a full bottle of whiskey to himself a large bottle. He used all of my mums friends tabacco and was just in and out of my fridge and cuboard eating and drinking without even asking. I don’t know if I’m just being petty but I just feel like it’s rude I don’t do anything in his house without permission I even ask am I able to use his bathroom when I’m there yet he was helping himself to everything in my house. Am I being petty or not?
