To be clear the rise of temperature comes and goes. Sometimes it's there all day though.

I’d say if she’s not having issues with drinking/eating/soiling diapers, doesn’t seem abnormally lethargic and maybe even has some drooling then it’s probably teething. My son had a fever (I mean the whole body was burning up) every single time he was teething or just had an immunization shot. Otherwise if there were other symptoms like what I listed above plus anything mucus wise or rash wise, was the only time I took him in to see he his pediatrician or urgent care.
