What are these?! Edit

My 7 year old gets these all of the time almost daily in random spots?

Some look like mosquito bites, but somedays there’s no way he would’ve gotten one so why does he get them almost daily?

Edit to add; I feel like they’re too big for bed bugs and no one else in the family has them(him and I co sleep) and my youngest sometimes hopes in the bed with us too and my spouse doesn’t have anything either. No pets
