Money hungry mother!!

I have a problem with my mom. She always asks me for money but never asks about my well-being. For example, this morning when I saw her , the first thing she asked me was could I pay the light bill and give her some extra money, after I’ve already given her $100 last week. I have two children and in school, so I try to explain to her that I’m trying to save my money to move me and my kids out but I always do what I can. I buy the grocery for the house, pay the internet bill, light bill, and other small things like house needs. She also asked me for one of my whole unemployment checks. She never really asks me how I’m feeling mentally or emotionally, it’s just always about money. Most of the time she acts like she has an attitude with me unless I give her some money or a gift, then she’s all happy. I just don’t know what to do. I try to help the best I can but I start to feel guilty that I’m not helping her or my step dad with part of the rent.
