Preterm labor

I am 30 weeks pregnant and was in labor and delivery last night having contractions. I was given 2 bags of fluids and 2 shots of terbutaline, cervix stayed at 1 cm after being checked twice. Contractions finally stopped after going to bed last night but when I woke up this morning had this bloody tinged mucus discharge. The nurse said to expect some bleeding from being checked but is this normal?

Also should add that I had a positive FFN, but the nurse said my cervix was still long and thick.
