Hemroids after birth TMI
I am one year postpartum and I’ve been noticing about once a month or so I get hemroids that act up. Last bowel movement I had was super painful I stopped myself from going when I felt the pain.
What can I do to prevent them? At what severity do I need to seek medical attention?
